How do you get rid of nerves before a first date?
I will share tips to get rid of nerves before a first date.
Oh, that first date can be nerve-wracking, right?
Especially if, as a midlife woman, you haven’t dated in a while.
AND it’s a whole different ball game right now, isn’t it?
It’s likely the first date will be a virtual online one.
And those butterflies in the tummy can make an unwelcome appearance, thwarting your efforts to come across as confident, or at least calm!
If you’re feeling nervous before a date there are lots of things you can do to take the pressure off.
